For anyone who had a sour experience here at Browns Mills BK, you just know that we don't have a business with you, the guest. You, the guest, are appreciated and are the most important aspect in the food industry. The employees carry a pen that reads the guest is king. If you have a bad experience, I encourage you to speak up, there are employees who really care and do their best to correct the wrongs.
I used a coupon that included 2 large drinks..the drinks had soda running down the outside of the cups. I asked if they could clean the outside because I don't want soda in my cup holders in the car. (Lexus . The patron smart mouthed me and told me that's why she gave me napkins for me to clean the cups. I honestly almost lost my cool and throw the soda in her face. But I didn't, and she did angrily take the cups back and wiped the outsides. But it seems if there is a spill or the cups are dripping, is it too much to make sure you don't pass it off to the customer...or is it me ?
Store employs are super rude and don’t care about customer service. All the ladies that work back there have no professionalism and respect.
Great burgers and fries! Had to rate then with a 4 due to the high cost to eat here. 2 #1 small combo meals for $22.15!
The burgers always taste like a leftover and when you go through the drive-thru they rush you they don't give you a chance to place your order before they said what else what else what else what else it's a turn off when you're spending your money and you're being rushed and then you look in your rearview mirror and there's no cars behind you so you kind of wonder why are they rushing you through the drive-thru I can't figure it out
