Tim Hortons - Brossard

I had my worst experience at this place this 8270 tacheareau boulevard this weekend on Saturday on Feb 3rd at 5 pm. I waited for more than half an hour to get my order. Then the girl came after long time. After taking my order just need to finish a bagel but instead she was taking other orders and processing. When I asked when I am getting my bagel she told me you will get when it is done. I had the most disgusting service from that girl. Necessary to mention she was a White girl who was chubby really judged me because of my ethnicity. Sorry to mention that but it was necessary because I don't want her other co workers to be reprimanded for her behavior and she just judged me by my looks and accent.I know they overwhelmed with drive way orders but just because I asked when I am going to get it she made me wait like 15 mins more. She is the most disgusting person I seen, not good for business and have the worst customer service mentality. I am never going there. But the boys there was super cool and courteous

I was very disappointed with Tim Hortons. I ordered two lattes on my phone and waited over half an hour and still didn 't get my drinks. Customers who arrived after me had already gotten their drinks and I was still waiting. I asked the staff several times if my drinks were ready and one of them replied in a very impatient manner I 'm the only one making them, just wait and it 's been 40 minutes since I placed my order. I don 't understand. I 've worked as a barista before and a latte can be ready in two minutes on average, even if there were a lot of customers at the time, forty minutes is unreasonable. What pissed me off the most was the attitude of this employee, I asked her if I could cancel my order after forty minutes of waiting and she wouldn 't even answer, she just turned away, I don 't get it, is it any reasonable behaviour for her to put my order on hold? If you don 't want to take a mobile phone order, you can absolutely state that in shop, but having taken this order, such service is just hard to forgive. I will not be patronising Tim Horton 's again, the staff training for this brand is disappointing.

Worst TH in the south shore. Staff is incompetent and good luck trying to buy a donut after 12:30pm on any given day. They will just tell you they are sold out and done for the day. It’s a donut shop that doesn’t sell donuts. Go figure. Time to close this one up.
