Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe food was outstanding! The steak and salmon were cooked to perfection, and that salmon was incredibly juicy. The vegetables were seasoned just right. You can definitely dress casually or elegantly, depending on your mood. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance between understated and classy. The service was fantastic, and we had a wonderful time! My only criticism is that the cheesecake currently on special is overcooked, resulting in a chunky texture near the edges. Oof! Still, this place deserves a solid five stars—everyone makes mistakes. Definitely go for the apple strudel; it was flawless!
The main courses took a while to arrive, but they were absolutely fantastic. There was a large table of 19 people ahead of us, so we completely understood the extra wait for the kitchen and wait staff. As for the coffee, it was a wonderfully rich blend of dark Brazilian beans. I do wish sweeteners had been offered when the coffee was served. My wife thought the Crème Brûlée was among the best she's ever had, but I found the Fragole Dessert to be a bit lacking. Don’t get me wrong—I ate every bite—but the mascarpone/ricotta filling was a bit too sweet for my taste. Additionally, the strawberry to cream ratio felt off, which might have contributed to the sweetness issue. I appreciate the concept, and I’m definitely interested in experimenting with it more. We had a few minor issues, such as the silverware from the starters not being cleared, and our mains were served without replacements until we asked. Given the large table, I can understand how the staff of 2-3 might have been overwhelmed, but they handled it well. We expected a few hiccups because of that. We will definitely give this place another try; we want to explore more of the menu and believe things will improve so we can rate it five stars next time. We were glad we chose Vinca for dinner. P.S. I apologize for not getting a picture of the Prosciutto e Melone. I was so hungry and it's my favorite dish that I started eating before realizing I hadn't taken a photo! Yum!
I decided to try the mussels as one of our appetizers, and they were delicious! The saying "good things come to those who wait" truly applies here, as the food was wonderfully flavorful and well-prepared. For my main course, I chose the gnocchi portobello, paired with a recommended wine that complemented the sauce beautifully. It was a real treat for my taste buds. I also asked the chef to pick my dessert, and he chose the crème brûlée. It had a perfect crack on top, and even though it was chilled, it was thoroughly enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant, especially for a date night.
First time ever having the schnitzel and I will say its the best I?ve had so far. Asked around for a good local restaurant to go to and was told to come here. The drink was fantastic as well as the food. Cooked to the T on everything. Bread of the main dish was crunchy perfect amount around the veal. Perfect chew to the veal fully cooked. Mash potatoes buttery and lightly seasoned really paired with the jam/jelly. Drink i had with the meal was highland park 12 yr, Viking Honor. Amazing taste of spices, orange, and a smokey flavor. Not over powering at all! Will most definitely return and bring more friends with me next time. Staffing in the restaurant is great a-lot of friendly faces and service. Cant wait to try the new dishes in the upcoming months and hopefully years.
First time I came here visiting from our of sate for a quick meal. It was a nice bottle of wine that i had along side some blistered peppers and french onion soup which I was dying to try along with a glass of Prosecco to start. It was a short trip to Colorado but a good filling meal to get me back on the road. Cant wait to travel to Colorado again to hopefully return
