The Garlic Knot - Broomfield

There’s obviously some sort of sewage issue here because the toilets do not flush and entire place smells like pizza sharts. Hopefully it doesn’t effect the water but like….I’d check on that.Atmosphere: 1/5

This is the best place for pizza and pasta, and their house salad is excellent. The garlic knots are incredibly delicious—it's tough to resist eating them! Overall, fantastic experience. Food: 5/5

Usually love garlic knot and I'm happy with my meals. However, tonight, I ordered a stuffed slice meal with garlic knots and a stuffed slice of pizza. Garlic knots were dope, cuz that's what they're known for. However, again, my stuffed pizza looks and tastes like a reheat. My crust and flat of the pizza was burned af, and almost inedible. Do better garlic knot!Edit: I took a but of my pizza and threw it away. It's definitely a reheat. I'm not impressed! Won't eat here again

This place has really gone downhill. The staff made us get our own stuff. The bathroom smells horrible and doesn't have any soap. You all advertise out front that you have wine when clearly you don't. That's very misleading by the way. My sister and I used to love this place but we won't be coming back.

I have been a fan of the food from Garlic Knot for some time, but my customer service experience today was absolutely terrible. My friends and I placed our orders about two hours in advance. Our orders were ready 45 minutes late. We were not warned that there would be a delay, and we were not compensated in any way for the inconvenience. The woman at the register was very rude. She said she could not find one of my friends' orders in the system, and made no effort to fix that or take his order again. When he suggested an alternate name it might be listed under, she either ignored that or immediately forgot. When we tried to talk to her about what was going on with our extremely late orders, she, visibly annoyed, told us that she had to see to other customers without even giving us an estimate of how much longer we would have to wait. I will be avoiding ordering from Garlic Knot during peak hours in the future.
