Mcdonald's - Broomfield

I drive to the mcdonalds on 287 before I ever go back to this mcdonald’s. the person in the first window that took the job was rude and acted as if we had taken him out. then we come into the second window and our order was wrong and they acted again as if we were to expose them. it was not even busy, they stood around to chat, so they were obviously too busy talking and could not even read a simple order. please train them to a customer service or better management.

Advertised as 24 hours on weekends. Drive thru lights on at 12:45am. Staff was rude and ignored questions. Would not recommend based on customer service standards.

Food was ok. Service was fast but i did not get my bbq sauce after asking 3 times and 2 straws short. I guess they were busy.

The updates they've made inside are wonderful. The staff was very friendly and served with a smile on their face.

I like the big Mac and the quarter pounder with cheese and McDonald's has the best fries. This particular McDonald's doesn't get many walk up customers but does a good drive-thru business. They have a big playground inside.
