Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Broomfield

Ordered a delivery order to my hotel room when I got my food, there were no BBQ sauce forks and no napkins fortunately the hotel had forks and napkins. Food was good, but had to eat my BBQ baked potato without BBQ sauce was kind of disappointed.

We won't eat at Dicky anymore or order the delivery. The food is average, but we never seem to get what we ordered. This may seem small, but it is a recurring problem every time we order with the Dicky?s app and even food in which the general satisfaction with the meal. Recently we asked Corn Muffins at our meals plus an extra, received 2 regular breads and only a Corn Muffin. Also ordered original sauce plus an extra original sauce with a meal and a Carolina BBQ sauce with an extra sweet BBQ sauce with others and only get two original sauces. Not huge items, but we paid for extras and not get what you ordered/expected to get more than opportunity is extremely disappointing. I also want to add that our delivery hatch was warm and left at our door without anyone even ringing the door bell. Luckily, I used the processor and opened the door, I don't know how long it was.

Ordering door fittings and was really excited because reviews were good. Chicken and pulled pig were dry. The order lacked any and all BBQ sauce which? what is BBQ without the sauce. We also missed the cornbread and additional pickles we ordered. I tried to call the restaurant and became nothing except ? we will make sure to fix this? I usually don't go to the internet as I worked in the restaurant industry and know that most reviews are unfair, but hopefully this comes as a wake-up call for this place. Can you really call yourself a BBQ if the main ingredient is not good?

The edible food was good, and no one else in our pickup order had a problem, but my Hawaiian bungalow definitely had a not insignificant amount of mold on it. It's just not acceptable. I personally will not order from here again.

We were very dissapointed by the ribs. We ordered 12 ribs, but some ribs were so small, the size of chicken wings, I could not believe they counted as one. And all of the ribs were dry. We used to enjoy their ribs, but the quality went down significantly. We will never go back again.
