Azafran - Broomfield

We were thrilled to find this spacious and welcoming restaurant that offers a full vegan menu! The staff was incredibly friendly, and I enjoyed an appetizer, naan, and an entree—all of which were delicious and perfectly cooked. They didn’t need any extra seasoning; it was an outstanding first experience at Azafran, and we can't wait to return soon.

The quality of this food is absolutely incredible! the vegan menu has so many options. we always enjoy the vegan chaat of the day, gobhi manchurian, veggie korma masala. also not in the position to find a fluffier roti in the opposite. highly recommended!

Some things were okay. too much with the aromes, as they try to be too beautiful. Sometimes they only want traditional dishes; if so, that can not be their place. samosas called rajwadi samosas, this is their turn on traditional samosas. they were crazy, so I wasn't the biggest fan, but the taste was good. I couldn't go through this nutty texture. gobhi manchurian I didn't like her at all and threw her away. They didn't have the sharp brot I like and the taste was extremely tomaten. bhindi amchoor I love bhindi masala, but that was different. it was tasty, but it was too much. the price tag of $15 is not worth. garlic naan they have vegan garlic naan on request and it was really good. carrot pudding a vegan dessert offer. I didn't like it. it wasn't sweet or lovely for me. Unfortunately, there was nothing here that would bring me back from any reason. However, I am pleased that they offer a vegan menu worth the extra star.

I love dining here with my family because they offer a complete vegan menu along with various other options. The food is amazing and delicious! My favorite is the vegan garlic naan, and I always order the veggie korma, which is fantastic! I recommend this place to everyone! Even my mother, who isn’t vegan, enjoys the vegan dishes here, so it’s definitely the real deal!

The lunch portions are generous and come with naan, rice, and either soup or salad. The service is very friendly, and there is plenty of seating available both indoors and outdoors. I give it five stars!
