Exquisite poor customer service. You have locked an exit that will force customers to go to a construction area instead of being able to enter the shop correctly. When I went to the counter to inform her that I was there to pick up a door bag, they told me to go there with a vague point. Then I stood at the pick-up and waited to be engaged. No. If I didn't ask her about the order, I would still wait. As soon as I confirmed with them that I was there to do an order (which was already sitting there ready btw) the person who worked the counter decided to do a lot of work with food before me a completed order. The store needs a serious retraining of customer service ethics. If you want Burger, I recommend going to Wendy's at the mall instead.

I complain about the prices here, but now quite any other restaurant has caught up and you just can't beat the quality of their food

Delicious burgers and frits, a hair on the expensive side, but no more than other decent Burger joints. On my favorites

Food smells like they did not clean the grill for over 2 days, and the meat was undercooked! For this price I would do better at Mc Donald's. Also my son was so proud to take me here to eat, so I did not mention it to him...

Went in not too busy... gentleman at the register was very pleasant.. alot going on in that place with the construction. Only thing I.can really say is.the girl who was working was like tossing the buns onto the grill... standing a few feet from.the grill and throwing them over to the grill one bounced and got something on it from.the grill and she like flicked it off...
