Dunkin' - Brooksville

Do yourself a favor and visit a different Dunkin' location. We spent over 10 minutes at the drive-thru order board just trying to inform them about a mobile order. Then, we were stuck waiting in line for over 30 minutes, even though there were only two cars in front of us. The food was burnt and not enjoyable, and our drink sat at the window and melted. The staff was also unfriendly.

Nothing quite compares to shutting everything down before the posted closing time. I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and was greeted with, "Just so you know, we’re closing in 5 minutes, so we only have iced coffee available." Um, that's an issue! You should be serving the full menu until the actual closing time. Plus, this location is right off the interstate, and they close at 8 PM?

This restaurant is extremely disappointing. Despite living just down the street, we prefer to drive 15 minutes to another place. Save your money and avoid this spot. I honestly hope it closes down.

Very dirty..overpriced..low quality food..coffee tast like water

Terribly understaffed and about zero selection. No bagels. Sold out of most munchkins. Took about 10 minutes to have order taken then another 10 to get a basic iced coffee. The folks actually working there were kind though. Not their fault.
