Good Service. Great overhaul from a few years ago. Food is always fast and hot. Staff are really friendly. Restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is good.

We have been here for a hour and haven't got our food yet All they gave us was water and pop

We went out to celebrate our grandson's birthday. The service was the worst I've ever experienced. The food was mediocre at best and presentation was sloppy. We waited an extraordinarily long time for our food. It was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience we've had and definitely won't be back. I selected one star because I couldn't submit a review without one. As far as I'm concerned, they don't deserve a star.

Pretty average Boston pizza. The restaurant is new and the building itself is well kept. Our server was pleasant and attentive and did a great job at keeping on top of refills for our table. The food seemed to take a really long time to come out though and everyone at our table ordered either a sandwich or tacos and it still took 30+ mins.

Even though it wasn't busy, the service was very very slow. Went there around 4:15 and didn't leave until 6:10. There was only two of us and it was the slowest service we've experienced. We had to go to the front to get our bill because we were sitting there for almost 20 minutes waiting for it. The waitress got my order wrong and when I corrected her she said she'd tell the kitchen to make me my actual order, but then proceeded to help other tables. The manager eventually came to help us out. This same waitress also got another persons order wrong who was sitting at another table near ours. Had to wait almost an hour and fifteen minutes to get the correct order after telling the waitress. We were never offered drink refills or given the chance to ask because our waitress and the manager only check in once to deal with the correct order. The food was ok. But every time I eat at BP SOMETHING goes wrong. Makes for a disappointing experience. After this past time I've decided that I will not be going back here.
