Williamsburg Pizza - Brooklyn

Came here for a late night meal and I was a bit dissapointed. I had high hopes going in, having heard of this place before. The prices of pizza by the slice don't justify the flavor, which was lacking. I got Tartufo, Bianco, and Paesano slices. They all looked great and were not the common pizzas having fresh and appetizing ingredients. Sorry to say they all lacked flavor, they were good just not something I would spend money on again. I was very excited for the meatball hero and it tasted very fresh, but again, bland. Didn't even have much saltiness to it, especially compared to some pizza slices. Overall I guess it's a nice spot if you have no other options after a bar, but not a go to during the day.

Williamsburg Pizza was my first meal in Brooklyn and one of my last meals as I'm about to move out. I thought I review the place before heading out. This place was dependable especially when working late and needed a quick bite to eat. The auntie working the front is always friendly and serves you fast. The place gives a very neighborhood vibe exactly what NYC is all about. On to the pizza, the pizza is not the best in Brooklyn due to the sheer amount of competition however it is definitely above average. They have a variety of specialty pizzas both NY and Sicilian style (square kind). Definitely going to miss this place.

Food is always good even the vegan slices and I'm not vegan. Always get my pizza fresh and customer service is great. Small place but I always find a spot to eat inside. Only thing I wish they had was beef patties but that's just me knit picking.

Stopped by this pizza spot twice during my last trip as it was close to where I was staying and open late for a bite post concert. What we got: Sofia Loren Slice Pepperoni Slice Margherita Slice Garlic Knot Final thoughts: Spot is okay, but I've had much better pizza elsewhere. I found the slices to be thin and crispy, but also quite oily and lacking in the cheese department (though the bites with mozz were great). I like my pizza saucier and with more cheese, but that's just my taste. A protip if you get a garlic knot is to save that marinara sauce and add it to your left over slice if you also like a little more sauce!
