The Kingsland And Grill - Brooklyn

This dive bar seems to cater more towards metal bands, but I often attend drum and bass raves here through Driven AM. If you're into drum and bass music, this venue hosts a lot of shows. The sound system could be improved, as the bass can be overwhelming and give you a headache at times - it seems like the venue wasn't designed for bass-heavy music. Despite this, the small and intimate setting creates a cool vibe that I enjoy. I just wish the sound system was better. If you're looking to see some big drum and bass acts in a small venue, this is a great spot to check out. Bonus points for providing free water cups - a must for anyone who raves.

This live music venue has a selection of alcohol and a band performing. However, the venue was not advertised well and as a music fan, I found it a bit hard to find as it is located out of the way.

If you attend a performance at this venue, be cautious in your dealings with the staff. Both the performers and the audience have experienced extremely rude behavior from the staff.

This little dark club hosts some MAJOR talent if you pay attention. Seen some legendary metal, punk rock, and hardcore bands here. It'd be nice if there was some ventilation though. When the pit is going off, it gets a bit nutty.

Had a blast seeing D.R.I., but it was so hot in there.
