Sugarcane - Brooklyn

I have visited this restaurant many times for the food. The space is quite small and noisy, but tolerable. Unfortunately, the waiter was not very attentive during my most recent visit. They barely came to check on us.

It was my Aunts Birthday. It was her first time at this venue along with her husband daughters. They had a blast, they loved the DJ he was on point with his music. The vibes was nice, the food is always on point. She really enjoyed herself. Thank you also for accommodating us along with extended family members that wasn’t apart of the reservation.

Food was great. Definitely not a kid friendly location. Extremly loud for engaging in a conversation. Perfect for a girls night but not for a family get together!

Service was excellent, the food very delicious. Wish the space was a bit bigger. Overall great experience.

I absolutely loved Sugarcane with my sister! We tried to dine there a few times but it was always fully booked. However, on our last night in Brooklyn, we were able to get a table and I'm so glad we did. My sister's curried goat was fantastic and my Trinidadian salmon was delicious. The rum punches and mojitos were very generous. It's definitely the best Caribbean restaurant in Manhattan.
