The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. On two occasions, I arrived to pick up my online order only to be told to cancel it. There was no apology or explanation given, just complaints and a waste of my time.
We always enjoy the delicious fresh sandwiches at this place and order from here a few times a week.
I ordered onion rings but received fries instead. However, the fries were amazing.
From here never order. I've been here in person for years, everyone who worked there was great, and they made great food. that happened to the contrary when I ordered today, so clear that the place recently completely changed, and I will not return. I have a text that my eating was on my way. an hour later it was not gone. when I called, I was told it was busy, but it wasn't clear why my order was the last priority and was ignored over 60 minutes. eating was 90 minutes after I ordered and called twice, and I'm two blocks away. (I have a defined lunch break, and I couldn't touch it until much later but I thought at least I would get the usual great sandwich, right? So I open it and. the order was completely wrong. everything I did not ask to be put on the sandwich was there, but the most important ingredients in the sandwich were missing, and there was almost nothing on the sub. it is quite disgusting that after a 90-minute waiting period they did not even offer a partial refund and made the wrong sandwich - and also terrible. many people in my job go here, but my friends and I decided not to return personally after. I might apologize for forgetting my order, but not after I called twice, and I can't apologize for a bad sandwich. that had all wrong. not sure what has changed during the pandemic, but this is not the place where it was.
