Royal Donuts - Brooklyn

This place isn’t actually open to the public. I’m not sure the best of way of ordering them, but going there isn’t it.

The donuts are great. But where they're made is disgusting. It looked like a warehouse not a kitchen. There was garbage everywhere. And the workers don't even use gloves. They said that they are a wholesale Bakery. It should not matter.

Windowless location, but push open the steel door and you’re in a small space with the proprietresses who hand you a glove and a box to fill and direct you to a wall of fresh doughnuts. My kids loved them. I’ll be back.

If you are looking for fresh Doughnuts, this is your place. They are always fresh, made on premises. You can buy them singly, but they're really set up for purchase in bulk quantity. We were buying for a party and they had any quantity that I requested. Call ahead if you need details, they weren't able to pick up when I called, but they called me back within 2 minutes. If you are looking for top quality fresh Doughnuts, you will not be disappointed.
