Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Brooklyn

I have experienced a situation where a young Indian man working the night shift at this restaurant never gives customers their receipts. I enjoy accumulating points, but it feels like I have to ask for my receipt every time. I suggest that he receives proper training on providing receipts to customers.

The cashier at the restaurant is extremely rude and doesn't listen to customer requests. Despite asking for no wings in a box of mixed chicken, the cashier included them anyway. The customer was given a mix of pieces they did not want, including wings from Popeyes which they specifically mentioned not liking. The cashier was unresponsive to the customer's complaints and continued to be rude with each visit. Despite the poor service, the food at the restaurant is great, especially the mashed potatoes which are the best the customer has had. The customer recommends finding another person to take your order to avoid issues with the cashier.

The service is excellent and I enjoy visiting this location every day.

The chicken is just to salty, if the can just a bit please cut down on the salt.

Unfortunately I come here quite often yeah as soon as you come in you pretty much know what kinda service you’re about to receive. Mediocre at best. Food quality 3/10 at best.. extra charge for condiments but trust me they won’t give you any be lucky if you get 2 napkins with your box of chicken. lol whoever is the owner boy you really cutting all cost lol
