I asked him about two buffalo sauce and he threw them in the bag. as a manager he must put an example in the treatment of the customers that we will arrive with the desire to eat something delicious. . I prefer someone to accept my order.
Specifically asked if no pickles on my sandwiches. stood right in front of you and told you, my children hate the taste of pickles and guess what. I still have pickles. smfh follow directions.
They are underoccupied when it is busy. even the Indian manager works hard and is moved.
I ordered a 5 piece chicken meal that came with two biscuits and two regular sides. The pieces of chicken were supposed to be 1 breast, 2 thighs, 1 leg and 1 wing. Instead, I was given 2 thighs, 2 wings and 1 leg! Since I chose take out and ate the food about two hours later, I was unable to go back to the restaurant to return it. I would like to add that despite the fact that I wasn't given my correct order, the receipt listed the correct types of pieces of chicken which was baffling to me.
The food is usually good, the service is pretty good except for the Indian manager that has a problem respecting customers. It'd be easy to say he doesn't like brown women considering how he spoke to me, and how I've seen him speak to team members that are similar to me. But I will say it's probably cultural or due to demographics??. They only recieved 3/5 because in more than one occasion I've seen team members be really honest with customers that give them extra money so..........
