Good spot for some Chinese takeout. Way better then some of those greasy spots around the way
Ordered a plate. Double fried rice and double teriyaki chicken. Tasty. Sometimes the portions are bigger.
Sighs, it seems all the restaurants in this area just can't get it right, especially when it comes to the lunch crowd. I ordered my food for pick up at 1125am. For a 115pm pickup.. i walk in, there's someone in front of me, i wait... then the cashier asks me what am i having. I inform her, I'm there to pick up my food. She ask my name, i tell her, and she proceeds to look for my food. This happened all of two seconds, as she is pulled away to help another customer who also ordered ahead of time to grab and go. Long story short, i waited 20 mins for my order, which was already made but was sitting boxed under a hot light to keep it hot. So after i flagged the woman down to check for my food, i get it and the food is not hot at alll. It's warm and everybody knows warm Orange chicken and chow mein are not good. The noodles were gross and clumped together, and the chicken wasn't crispy anymore. So the texture wasn't it. The rice also seemed old due to how it was clumped together as well. I had to ask for sauce to give it flavor. The cashier got mad at me because i didn't know the sauce choices. I told her give me all of them. For this to be my first experience here, it wasn't a. Good one. For $14, u will do better going to a local Chinese restaurant. The food here is bland, the servers are slow and rude when questioned, and the food is subpar. I will not be back.
I put a delivery order and one of the ordered items was not on stock so they had to call me and let me know. the panda Express worker I spoke to on the phone was rude and did not know what she was talking about. she wanted to cancel my whole order because an article was out of the camp and when I said, "I can just have the rest of my order," she laughed....if they don't know how to be a nice person, don't work in customer service. it's obviously not for them. then I get what was left to me and it wasn't even the right one. instead of a teller, they gave me a bowl with a sticker that says plate. so they can't read and they have no customer service skills?
