Pablito's - Brooklyn

I love coming to Pablitos. The food is great, prices are good, friendly staff and the food comes out in good time. Never have had a bad experience here, it’s always been great. I usually have the Bistec a la Mexicana and it has a lot of flavor. Steak is always cooked how it should be, not over done or rubbery. Good spot

Great food, hospitality, and customer service. Friendly and on time with orders. Love them! One of the best Mexican Restaurants in Brooklyn bar none. In Park Slope. Paid street parking or free side parking. Family owned business for years. Highly recommended to anyone that loves Authentic Mexican Food. Boss lady La Doña is an amazing owner and her restaurant always serves fresh foods. I love taking loved ones to eat at this establishment. Edit : Still the best spot

3 stars because the staff seem super nice and friendly. The food is 2 stars. I live only 2 minutes away and have tried this place 3 times in 2 years. I’m not sure if I’m just ordering bad options, or if there’s another reason, but the food has been so disappointing every single time : the flavors are just not good, and the meat has been stringy chewy for all my meals there. The salsas are either bland or overwhelmingly smoky depending on what you get.There are more than five Mexican restaurants within 3 blocks and they have all been so much better (except for chilos, not that good). The menu is also very confusing with a random selection of Mexican texmex American foods. I feel like pablitos should make the menu smaller and only focus on selling what they are very good at.

We waited for the Food end hour ,maybe they need 2 chef's is little unusual for us we went there before and wasn't like that ?Food: 3/5
