Not Today, Maybe Tomorrow Tavern

I came for the burger, and the burger is effin' awesome!!!!!! I am literally chewing and typing with my clean hand lmaooooo! The Double Tavern burger is juicy, flavorful, messy and what I needed on this dreary, rainy, sleeting day. The seasoned fries are hot and crispy goodness.The atmosphere is cool asf and so is Elijah, the handsome and super chill bartender. I need to finish my food, but I found a winner!

I stumbled in not expecting too much, but ended up loving this bar. Very cozy friendly vibes and the bartender is a hoot! I recommend spinning the wheel for $5 for a mystery shot, I spun the Doodle Us a Picture shot which meant the shot I received would be based on the quality/creativity of my drawing. Ended up with a tasty spicy cucumber ? tequila shot which I was happy with. The wheel is such a fun concept and I would definitely come again to try more mystery drinks! I also had the Rum Punch $10 during happy hour and it was a solid rum punch.

The BEST bar in NYC! The food is incredible (get the hot honey chicken sandwich) and the drinks are amazing. The staff is so friendly and attentive. You will feel right at home here!

My favorite bar in all of NYC. Great beer selection, incredible food at really reasonable prices, and most importantly, some of the best staff around. Shout out to Bradley and Kevin

Edit: while the place is a great place to casual hang and grab a bite or a drink, there are other establishments one can support where the owner doesn’t have a complicated history with women (in particular female employees and patrons).Get the dirty friesUpdate: new menu kitchen sink fries the hot honey sandwich for the win !
