Natural Valley Market - Brooklyn

This store used to be so much better than it is now. You have to really watch the expiration dates on the products. I've brought an expired Natalie's Lemonade from here before, without knowing. I've almost brought an expired granola bar before reading the date. So beware of the dates on the merchandise here.

A little pricey but has everything, and friendly staff :

It’s unfortunately a norm for them to serve spoiled food. More than once I was given old or spoiled food. My final order from here was a grilled chicken wrap, took a bite and noticed a horrible taste. Once I opened the wrap the avocados were full of mold. Not like oxidation but as in old, funky rotted avocados actually sliced up in my wrap! DISGUSTING!

So I ordered food for pick up, manager answered and the phone was very staticy , but got to place my order which was a Cobb salad , chicken Cesar salad and a bacon cheeseburger deluxe with Swiss cheese and he repeats it back to me and I go the cheese burger with Swiss he goes yea yea cheese pick up the order and every order was wrong burger had no Swiss cheese, Cobb salad which is a no dressing salad had loads of dressing, chicken Cesar salad had tomatoes (I hate tomatoes in my salad) let alone it had no parm cheese and no croutons, I’m so disappointed with them since I always go there in person to order and everything is fine but the owner could use some phone etiquette lessons and learn to listen if not just keep it to a walk in a order only as they don’t even have a note section on there mobile delivery section where you could have your stuff made to order, I can’t go in person since I broke my toe but when I’m well enough I will be talking to the owner… not cool

Ordered this wrap off Uber eats and it was too good
