It’s a little cozier but still has a decent selection of buns and HK style food. It’s much less crowded and everything is very affordable.
I frequently stop by this bakery for breakfast. The bread is both affordable and top-notch. I particularly enjoy their box of noodles for just $2.50; it's a generous serving that works for any meal and is incredibly cheap! If you enjoy spicy flavors, you can request some hot sauce, which is absolutely delicious. Their bubble milk tea comes in both hot and cold options, making it the ideal drink for any occasion.
I visit this restaurant for breakfast nearly every day, and it is one of the best traditional Chinese bakeries around. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food tastes amazing, and the prices are very reasonable. While the photos may be a bit exaggerated, they offer a wide variety of dim sum options.

Oh, hey, it's another Mei :3 One of the main reasons I go to Chinese bakeries is for the SMELL. There's something about the sweet, lingering aroma of black milk tea in the morning that I just find so attractive and intoxicating, but maybe that's just me. Give me a couple of clean tables and I'd probably be willing to sleep in the bakery just by the smell alone. But the real question is does anyone know where I can get an air freshener that smells like a Chinese bakery?? Anyways, my apologies, I digress. There's a decent selection of buns at cheap prices here and the ladies behind the counter are so friendly and polite. Temperature wise, it's warm and cozy inside; atmosphere wise, it's dimly lit and a bit shabby. It's more of a quick grab and go thing. I certainly wouldn't sit and eat. I only came here because my sister wanted to grab a lemon water, so we didn't get to try any of the buns. The egg tarts did seem good though, so maybe I'll return next time around for some.
