John's Deli - Brooklyn

I ordered the Godfather sandwich, which was supposed to come with either tomatoes or roasted peppers, but it had neither. There was also no option to choose which toppings I wanted. It was disappointing to see a sandwich that was not made as it was described on the menu.

Had the best time today at the original owners Johns deli , amazing food amazing customer service ,definitely will be going back real soon , I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a back in the day atmosphere food , will be back real soon .

Got a godfather sandwich here. Forgot to take a pic but it was a good sandwich. Big one. ????

The prices on the wall and paper menu are not updated, so I paid more for an already overpriced sandwich. If you won?t update the prices, at least put up a prominent sign saying the prices are not as they appear. The Monday ?special?, pastrami and Swisson a pretzel roll with mustard, was overpowered by the salt crystals on the roll. The pastrami is dry and salty by itself, butdisappears with the roll and mustard. Also, ambiguous receipt. Sandwich wasn?t listed, only ?custom amount?
