Fada Bistro - Brooklyn

Valentine’s dinner was not good at all. Boring squash soup, zuchini blossom fritters were good, but that was followed by dry boeuf bourguignon with an acidic and way too watery sauce, plus some flavourless sides, crème brûlée was ok. It was one of the classic bulk-cooked Vday menus that were just not worth the price. Shame, cause their usual menu looks pretty good.

The jazz trio was great and the steak au poivre and the burrata salad were excellent. The mussels, less so. The waitress was fast and attentive and really cared that we have a great meal. Good food and live music. Would definitely recommend.

Nice casual restaurant with very tasty dishes and a chill vibe. Reasonably priced and exceeded our expectation . Delicious desert

I love Fada. My favourite spot in Williamsburg. Delicious food, super cool (but non-pretentious) vibe, live music Thurs, Fri and Sat. Long live Fada!
