She comes across as quite arrogant and doesn't seem to respect the customers. Her attitude feels greedy, which is disappointing. I believe Dunkin Management should consider making a change if they want to ensure customer satisfaction.
Fantastic Dunkin' location! The staff is very friendly. I'm so grateful that we have this Dunkin' on Coney Island Ave.
The coworkers smoke outside and do not wash their hands when returning to work.
This place is a disaster! Yesterday I got a iced americano with cold foam there was ZERO ice. Today I buy a iced latte with whipped cream large. It?s is a 5 dollar cup of milk. It?s disgusting. I than ask for more coffee in it. This picture you see iseven after I had coffee added. The manager than says ? no offense but if you didn?t want it light you should not order half andhalf?. This place is terrible. They have messed up EVERY drink I have gotten from their. No body know what they are doing. Ionly go because it?s the only walking distance one from work. I am DONE. I am not going back to be told that my glass of milk ismy fault. Only thing you can get is food because they don?t have to use there own brain to make it. It?s pre made. Any drinkgood luck. Terrible 5 dollars for a glass of milk because I got ? cream?. I don?t need a response that is not needed. Just dobetter. I WONT be back.
Late evening I ordered for a decaf coffee . Instead of decaf they sold me regular coffee. I didn?t sleep all night. Be careful when you make an order from this Dunkin? location.
