Dunkin' - Brooklyn

I did not enjoy my drinks at this restaurant. The coffee tasted old, the water was bland, and the service was slow.

I asked for a decaf coffee but they had run out, so they offered to make a fresh pot. When I mentioned that I couldn't have regular coffee due to a heart issue, they didn't seem to think it was important. This was a first for me at 67 years old. I will not be returning to this restaurant located at 1617 Bedford Avenue in Brooklyn, NY.

This is the slowest Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. They prioritize online orders over in-person customers. The man working the register is always slow and struggles to take orders.

They notice the service I received and saw at halloween. a few young teens came in and murmured a few words while I had penetrated the menu. the gentleman behind the theke gave everyone a couple of wounded dumplings and they left w/o pay. I asked what it was about (required to know how to get on the action he said it's halloween?, they're trick-or-treatment! it was refreshing to see that a retailer would treat our children with. it was good to do business with him. not a huge donut fan, but my experience gave me a reason to return. the load was smaller and clean.

They never have anything. So I have to settle. Munchkins are always fresh.
