The menu at Dover is always changing and truly amazing. Along with its sister restaurant Battersby, it has the best kitchen in New York City.
The food is always so beautifully prepared and delicious. The cook has a magic touch. The cabbage salad and cauliflower salad were excellent, as we ordered.
Consistently amazing. However I do miss the original bread course they used to serve with homemade crackers, and fresh ricotta!
The quality and inventiveness of the food is quite high at Dover, but the poor service so detracts from the meal it will be a long time before we dine here agai...
