Domino's Pizza - Brooklyn

Terrible customer service, they marked my order after an hour and two hours later no order delivered. I waited for 15 minutes on the phone to tell them the order is on the way and they hung up on me before I get a word out. order here on your own risk!

Your delivery staff is polite and always greets me with a smile and the personal before location always prepares my order right. they lower their expectations and they will never be disappointed. it's dominos. it tastes like almost food pizza.

Never again, I have online order for delivery, pizza never arrived, no one took the phone, tried my refund last 3 days. I can't reach anyone in dominos, even company, only people who take a job and hang on my when I ask for reimbursement. opened a case with paypal. terrible experience, so much headache, I thought they were selling pizzahah. people stay away

This restaurant is the worst. Do not order from here, they should just close down. I placed an order a few months ago, the tracker said it was delivered, but it showed up an hour later. I thought it was a mistake so I ordered from them again today, but it's been two hours and still no delivery. I tried calling their phone but no one answered. I called other places and they answered, but not this restaurant. This experience was not good.

I ordered pizza at this restaurant and my order was incorrect, missing an ingredient, and one pizza was severely burnt. When I brought this to their attention, they claimed they were out of the ingredient and that the burnt pizza was because I had requested no cheese. However, it was clear that they can make cheese-free pizzas that are not burnt. After being ignored for about 20 minutes in the store, a gentleman pushed my pizzas at me and walked away when I complained. Finally, another associate offered to add the missing ingredient that their colleague had claimed they did not have. I am giving this restaurant two stars because they eventually gave me a refund.
