Crepes More - Brooklyn

Meeh the food was ok. These aren’t actual crepes but crepe like. I ordered through Grubhub, delivery was and everything else was ok.

Terrible customer service. I went in and ordered two crepes. I waited more than 30 mins without any update ? I asked them how much longer because it’s been a long time and they shrug their shoulder and rudely tell me that they had a big order. That’s not how you treat your customers especially when it’s their fault that they took so long and didn’t even bother to apologize or communicate that with me. I asked for a refund because at this point we realized they haven’t even started our order and they declined it saying that the manager isn’t there. I will never return to this place.

I ordered a ham and cheese crepe from them through uber eats and I received a crepe with only cheese in it. No ham at all. And the crepe was very dry. I called but they did not pick up.

The fruit was nasty , and barely get what you pay for ?
