To make matters worse, midway through the meal, the staff informed us that they were out of a specific clam. This was disappointing, especially since they only realized this so late into our order. They suggested a substitute, but it took another hour for that to arrive. While the food itself was tasty, it was evident that they were scrambling to find ingredients they should have had on hand, or perhaps they only have one chef for a restaurant of that size, which is quite disappointing. If you're looking for a meal to be served in a reasonable time, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The biggest king crab I’ve ever seen. The food was incredible.

Delicious! It was a bit crowded so took a while for the servers to take our order but food came out fast!

I still enjoy their dim sum service, but their dinner service really needs improvement! We visited on Father's Day around 5 PM, and there were only four other parties on the ground floor; I can't speak for the upper levels. They didn't even have HO FUN available—what kind of Chinese restaurant runs out of flat noodles? To sum it up, we ordered two entrees and two individual soups. We waited 45 minutes for the soups, and then 15 minutes later, we finally received our food. The dishes were still tasty, but their dinner service was definitely lacking!
