The food was good. However, the soda machine was still broken, though it managed to dispense ice. Where do I even start? This used to be one of the better Chipotle locations, but unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly! First and foremost, the restaurant is severely understaffed, and the workers seem unhappy. They often grumble and laugh among themselves instead of attending to customers or maintaining cleanliness on-site. It feels like they're more focused on food delivery orders than actually taking care of the restaurant, which is incredibly filthy—certainly not up to NYC fast food standards. They desperately need more staff to handle the after-school rush. The location is filled with dirty tables and sticky floors littered with trash, food, and spilled drinks. It almost feels like it deserves to be closed for a thorough cleaning with bleach and disinfectant. Additionally, there are two public restrooms, but employees have put a "not working" sign on one to reserve it for themselves. That leaves the other restroom in a disgusting state—with no soap dispenser, dirty toilets and sinks, and a foul smell as if it hasn’t been cleaned in days. The ice machine isn’t working, which has been the case for months, but interestingly enough, the ice maker in the back seems to be fine. The self-serve drinks are a disaster too—the fountain sodas and juices are warm and look like they haven’t been cleaned in ages. To make matters worse, anyone can just walk in and fill up a used cup or thermos at the self-serve station. It’s giving off serious health risks! Where are the sanitation protocols? There’s no sign of them at this location! This isn’t just a one-time occurrence; it’s been like this every time I’ve visited recently, with no improvements at all. I can’t support a filthy Chipotle anymore, and I plan to file complaints with the health department, BBB, and their corporate office. This is the first review I’ve ever written, but this situation truly warrant it! If they don’t get their act together, the only thing they will be spelling out is L A W S U I T!
I placed my order and received a bowl that was essentially just sour cream, hot sauce, meat, and an onion-corn mix that I didn't even order, all without the rice and beans. It was practically inedible. They consistently mess up my orders, provide small portions, and frequently forget items.
I have been a fan of Chipotle for years, but this location has been the worst experience I've had. The restaurant is overwhelmed by online orders, which are often at least 20 minutes late and not up to par in quality. While the staff is working hard, they seem quite unhappy. If Chipotle management is seeing this, it's important to evaluate this location. Prices are higher than what you'd typically expect from Chipotle, especially with so many strong competitors in the area.
The Chipotle location is very busy in the evening with to-go orders. As a result, counter service can be slow and chaotic at times. Some items may not be available. The existing staff are great and doing their best. As other reviewers have noted, they're clearly understaffed.
I ordered delivery on DoorDash and the order was completely wrong! It was someone else?s order. I ordered it again on UberEats (just really wanted Chipotle today so I gave them a second chance). Guess what, wrong again! They even printed the wrong pick up label (it?s from the order I put in on DoorDash earlier) and the order was placed on Grubhub! Chipotle messed up my order twice within the span of an hour! To the two guys who got my order, blame Chipotle!
