Chick-fil-a - Brooklyn

This Chick-fil-A is the worst. The chicken is awful and the customers are unpleasant. People loiter and cause disruptions to passersby. The intersection at Atlantic Flatbush has become more congested due to the delivery drivers hanging out and parking in front of the restaurant. They do not provide coupons like other locations. The food at this location does not compare to others, even in Pennsylvania. Additionally, they contribute to littering in the area, with wrappers and food items scattered for blocks around the store.

This restaurant is terrible. The service is slow, the prices are high, and the food is not worth it. When I went, there were too many scooter delivery guys blocking the entrance, causing chaos. The line was long and disorganized, with orders being messed up and items missing. I ordered a Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich, which took forever to be ready and was disappointing. It was small and lacked flavor, definitely not worth the $10 I paid. Overall, a big letdown and I will never be returning.

Today I visited the Flatbush location and was very overwhelmed regarding this store. I'm a paying customer and while eating my food I have to watch the delivery personnel on scooter charge there phone at the entrance door and blocking paying customers!!! Also delivery guys sitting in the resturant hustling for delivers!!! I was so shocked!!! I've visited many of your stores in different states and never experienced this. It appears this Flatbush location quality has deteriorated to nothing but a hangout resturant overruled by these delivery personnel. And not the friendly and family franchise resturant!!!!! Also, one of the workers in a blue sweater appears very coexisting with all what I observed. Today visit was so concerning I didnot even fish my food!!! I took it home!!!!
