Carvel - Brooklyn

Went for a visit with the family. The ice cream is outstanding. The banana split my step daughter had looked outstanding too, but I didn't expect the dog would be getting it... I would have opted for the doggy sundae

This was our last stop on a food tour I did. I would highly recommend the food tour as it lets you bypass the long lines you may encounter trying to visit this place. Nothing like a little Georgian butter pecan ice cream

Best carvel I have ever been too, except the one on Ave N too. The best service with the best guys. Especially one named Jason, hes just amazing at his job and has such nice manners and great customer service

Always a tasty bite at this place. they are always sweet and clean.

Had the worst possible experience yesterday afternoon. Went in to get ice cream and there was a bit of the line. Young Asian teen (would not give me her name and no other way to describe her) at the counter has no business working in customer service. She was extremely rude to almost everyone on line. When I finally got a chance to order she didn’t even let me finish and started scooping the WRONG ice cream into a cup when that’s not when I wanted. After I said I wanted a soft serve she rolled her eyes put the ice cream that she scooped out back into the tub and stormed away to the soft serve machine. At this point I and other customers were just looking at her and she harshly says “can you come over here”. I told her to keep the ice cream and give me her name and managers number. She said she didn’t have a manger and wouldn’t give me her name. Extremely rude unprofessional and a disgrace. If you don’t want to serve people don’t work in customer service and ruin peoples entire day. Will definitely be reaching out to corporate.
