Second time coming here and rhe food is always good. Love what they do to the sauces I had the salmon and mashed potatoes with plantains and a ru. Punch. Will be back again

The spot is great food is reasonable. Service is so so because it is good at times, then not so great at other times. There is an odd way that they prepare escovitch fish! The fish is delicious, but the tend to mix the sauteed accompaniment with cabbage that is disappointing. The cornmeal festivals when fresh ARE super delicious when stale tend to absorb plenty oil because of the obvious reheating I suppose. Question is: Would I go back there or recommend it to anyone for a meal? YES, I would. But I would be circumspect of what I order. I cautiously recommend this restaurant because GREAT things and experiences are not alien to the original intent and, like everything else, time could help them improve....good luck

Rum punch, wings, pasta, and the curry goat ?Omg it was so tender. I mean, falling off the fork. It was so good. I only had 3 bites of food left on my plate, and I packed it to go okay. Nothing was salty. Everything was tasty!!Food: 5/5

OK so my first time here and I have to say that I was very impressed, food was amazing and cooked just right, I got stake, and it was cooked just right, Juicy and flavorful, there drinks were portioned well and and the price was not bad compared to other restaurants, know I would have given them a 5 if it was not for the long wait. I was happy the food was great so it kinda made up for the long wait. Definitely will go back.
