I ordered a middle grotto to go rice and beans and plantain. I have made a large part of rice and beans that did not make the western Indian way (Reddish rice and beans) the haitian way. The rice and the lukewarm and some of them were hard, suggesting he was too long. The giant and very dry. I also got a covered cardboard cup that I thought was my plan trailer. Unfortunately, it did not contain a planan. It was a reddish and spicy sauce. Maybe pour on the dry giant?? Who knows? There was no plantain at all. And the woman behind the counter gave me a spoon instead of a fork and no napkins. Very disappointing $15.00 meal. Next time, I'll stay at the haitian restaurant I usually visit.
Please do not go. Bad food. Small amount of food for an expensive purchase. Save your coins and go to a REAL good haitian restaurant. This place is not it. They have poor customer service as well. All around poor service.
The food is not fresh. It tastes like it was good that stayed the night the Akra was very hard and tough. Not worth the money
I don't speak Creole so my friend did the ordering for me,but the Haitian Patty was amazing, one of the best patties I've had so far, the patty had boiled eggs in it too which made it even better.
This spot is it!! I was always skeptical to go because it only has 3.8 stars, but this is the best bebe fritay I?ve had in Brooklyn. I always order their fritay and patè kode which is always a slap. Definitely try this spot.
