Perfect neighborhood spot. Great food, good value, nice people.

The family who works here are SO nice, and all of their food is absolutely delicious. I’ve eaten all around Manhattan BK and Avlee hands down has the BEST grilled whole Branzino. Paired with their delicious side salad, it’s my husband and I’s favorite healthy affordable weeknight dinner. Arrives scorching hot wrapped in the tin foil it was charred grilled in with the best olive oil marinade. Add their lemon potatoes toasted pita bread while you’re at it. You won’t be disappointed ordering from here. Consistently delicious.

Best Greek food I ever had in America. Better than many Greek restaurants I tried in Astoria, Philly and LA. I'm a big fan of greek cuisine, this cozy Brooklyn restaurant serves an incredible food.

We had the delivery of them before and enjoyed, but this was our first culinary experience in avlee. we had the Greek salat, dolmathe and the lamb cabob cellar with artichoke and lenses and the gigande borons. everything was fresh and tasteful. the service was great. we look forward to coming back.
