Great service. Prompt and friendly. Food was tasty standard fare. Menu was a bit stale

Our service today was poor. Our coffee was served 25 minutes after our meal came. We had to ask for several things more than once. We have eaten there five times before and never had a problem like this.

We went for Happy Hour and only had one drink and the meatball appetizer, which was okay. The turn off was our waiter when we went to pay the bill with cash. He said, I can't take this, everyone pays with a credit card now. We won't be back.

I try to eat here at least monthly. I have brought many friends from out of town as well as friends from the city, and all enjoy it very much. The menu is diverse, the wine list good, they are fair priced and the food is always good. I must admit that I have been here a few times when the service was quite bad and did not return for at least 6 months. However, that seems to have changed, so I continue to frequent it

We had a wonderful evening. It was so nice sitting ourside on a ;mild evening. However, an older man sat down next to our table and had severnal cocktails and then began to complain about the noise at our table (we were a party of 5 with a well-behaved 8-year-old). He started to get nasty, but the restaurant knew him well and basically asked him to stop his beligerence. The restaurant could not have been more understanding our situation. The situation handled so professionally. We love Arte Cafe.
