Caribou Coffee - Brooklyn Park

I absolutely love the Caribou Coffee at this location, largely thanks to Janelle who is simply outstanding. Her strong leadership and exceptional customer service keep me coming back time after time. I've never seen her have a bad day, even though I know she must have them sometimes.

I usually have a good experience at this restaurant, so it's hard for me to say this, but today was a bit different. The person who took my order seemed uninterested. I had to provide my perks number because she didn't ask for it. Unfortunately, the oatmeal I ordered was only half a cup and cold. I didn't want to embarrass her, but I thought you should be informed.

The service was fast. They got one of the children's drinks wrong but quickly made them a new one. The staff was very friendly.

LIES. this location does NOT have a drive through. I need one because I can't walk at the moment. What a waste of gas!

Was there yesterday ordered 2 nitro pumpkin spice lattes and it didnt taste right. They putt too little nitro pumpkin spice, and too much milk. So the effect was that I could barely taste the spice and the spice is the best part! The Maple Grove locationmakes it perfect so I'll avoid this location.
