Subway - Brooklyn Center

Subway was fine when it was 5 bucks, but now it costs more than places that are twice as good. A Davannis sub is cheaper than a Subway sub at this point. Also, good luck getting inside without being bothered for money.

I went in there to just grab two sandwiches and there was one person a head of me and one person working up front which is usual and fine with me I believe his name was Sean he was handling everything well but this is the issue a lady came from the back to help up front which I think was unnecessary if she had an attitude I was on the phone to place the first sandwich order I told her the bread I wanted and she asked me what kind of meat I told the person on the phone what meats that they had on the sandwich she was getting and the lady repeated herself what kind of meat but with a rude/ attitude tone and I told her hold on I am trying to figure it out and there was no need for her tone and then she walked away to the back telling Sean to help out because she was busy and that she had other things to do. Which I feel like she didn’t have to come up there no way to help someone else out that already had everything handled d she was so busy in the back and if she was going to come up there with a stank attitude.

DON'T EVER GO HERE!! I ordered for catering for 6 meals. They did not have it ready when I got there. I ordered it a day ahead and gave them an extra hour and half and it still wasn't ready! For only 6 sandwiches. The manager called me to apologize and said she would credit me. Then called back and said they would not allow her to do that and she would pay for them out of her OWN POCKET! I told her that was unacceptable. She should not be paying for anything! Then she called me back and said that she talked to the owner and they would give me gift cards. To come in after work to pick them up. So I go there after work and there are no gift cards. I call the owner and SHE YELLS AT ME!!!! I'm done. My company orders catering through there a couple times a month, but not anymore. Obviously the owner is horrible to her employees and her customers!

Did not complete order half the stuff rder for my wrap was not In my wrap. So dissatisfied especially my guacamole which I was looking forward to. !

They were respectful. Good service and clean? me and my kids got good food thanks
