Pizza Hut - Brooklyn Center

The Kids that are left to run the place unsupervised make me never want to go back. Zero organization. Sitting in the back chit chatting while there's 3 people waiting for their orders that are clearly sitting in the to go ovens ready to go. It's more important to take care of their friends' order first that's still in the kitchen being prepared. And their use of foul language is ridiculous. Either get some proper management supervision or lose customers.

BUYER BEWARE!!! THIS ESTABLISHMENT WILL RIP YOU OFF LIKE THEY DID ME AND ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE ON THIS THREAD!!!!!The pizza I received had no sauce it. It was literally cheese and toppings. It was so dry! I returned it for a refund. The General Manager said his name was Chris refused to give me a refund. He said HR had to approve it. This makes no sense! You have a customer who retured food they paid for and requested a refund, why does Human Resources have to approve it?!?! I have never heard of such a thing! He refused to give me any receipt or anything. Refused to give me another manager 's name or corporate office number. Said he would send an email to HR and it will be up to them if I get my refund. Well, if I am not refunded, I will dispute this transaction through my credit card company because I can be seen on multiple cameras returning the pizza and I recorded the encounter with my phone! I paid for a product I did not receive! I paid for a pizza WITH sauce! That is is NOT what I received, which is why I returned it! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!! Oh and they had a toddler in the back by those big ovens! Complete safety hazard!! DANGEROUS CONDITIONS TO HAVE A TODDLER IN!!!! WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS ARE YOU RUNNING?!?!?

Food was pretty good NGL, I was worried about it with all the bad reviews but it hit the spot.

Ordered wings and fries and when I got the order the fries were only 20 sticks of fries and they charge $5 for one order. I called the store. Someone answered and told me they were going to put me on hold for two seconds and I waited 15 min. Called multiple times and finally someone answered and they had 0 customer service.Take your money elsewhere. Don't take my word for it, Please check other reviews.

This shop is in a ghetto neighborhood that is not safe. There are not enough parking spaces for their customers. This pizza shop does not have a public restroom for their customers it is only available to their employees. Also, it is a pickup only restaurant, not a sit-in and dine. However, i expected the staff to have a few chairs and tables for their customers to sit while waiting for their food, but there's none. You have to stand up the entire time while you are there or wait in your car if your order is not ready.Kid-friendliness: It is not kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no wheelchair accessibility
