Lifeboat Seafood - Brooklyn

This little restaurant is basic to look at with a great outdoor area and friendly staff. The seafood is always fresh and well presented the daily special with atlas of wine is great value. I have been returning here for many years and never disappointed.

Jewfish, great chips and tasty salad, the best I have had for a while, excellent seafood and the service great with a smile and a chat. Very friendly, even the dog got a bowl of water

Very simple fish and chip shop style with seating outside. Ordered two fish and chips with salad and was amazed at the portion size, and the freshness of both the fish and the salad. The fish coated in a light batter was very flavoursome and perfectly cooked. Its a long time since I've had a portion of fish so thick (up to an inch) that tasted excellent and with perfectly cooked batter, a fantastic combination. Well done, combined with friendly, efficient service this is certainly a little restaurant to visit again, and again.

We are locals and regularly visit The Life Boat. We have probably eaten there about 20 times. We often just get the fish of the day as a takeaway. We have never been disappointed,
