Coolidge Corner Clubhouse - Brookline

This is a great spot to relax, grab a drink, and enjoy delicious food. The lobster roll is definitely worth trying - it was delicious!

I used to frequent this restaurant on my way home from work for a beer and food because they had decent options. However, one night the bartender Kate got my order wrong and seemed more focused on male customers, resulting in me receiving food that wasn't even on the menu. When I pointed out the mistake, she argued with me and I ended up paying double for food I didn't want. Her attitude was terrible, so I didn't tip her. When I returned a couple of weeks later, Kate ignored me and prioritized other customers, openly discussing me with regulars at the bar. She even refused to put on a sports game until another customer intervened. I tried to flag her down for a beer, but she served me without any conversation and continued to be rude. When I called her out on her behavior, she mentioned that she only makes $4 an hour and doesn't serve customers who don't tip. Despite tipping in the past, I decided not to return to the restaurant. I suggest giving the bartender a raise and focusing on improving customer service to encourage tipping. Making only $4 an hour is unreasonable, and a better attitude could make a big difference in customer satisfaction.

This restaurant in Coolidge Corner is a relaxed and inviting spot with a large selection of craft beers and a tasty, varied menu. The curly fries are a must-try!

Always make you feel at home. The whole Coolidge Corner Crew is deserving of an applause. Clam Chowder and Lobstah Roll on point. Local quaint and exactly what you want. Also Tuesday night Trivia to test your knowledge and wisdom- ok I’ll try lol

Perfect place for a game! We enjoyed great food and lots of TV's. Add a dash of friendly service and we were highly satisfied. Dessert was a Celtics win with drinks.
