Had a late lunch in a small town, the young man working the counter was on his own and did the best he could.. very polite and clean place. Soooo. Had to go to this area again for work. I was close by and gave it another shot Had a Tuna Sub (app only list tuna melt)on wheat. Another young man Very professional and very polite.wanna say thank you. Yes sir, no sir- Company individual! Tyler then explained that they had been extremely busy and he was preparing a takeout order. However, since I was the only one waiting, I felt he could have made my sandwich instead. Having worked in customer service for a large restaurant chain, I believe that acknowledging a waiting guest is essential. A simple "We'll be with you in just a few minutes" would have gone a long way. Although I didn’t catch the name of the young man at the register who made my sandwich, his smile, kindness, and excellent customer service were truly impressive. In contrast, Tyler could benefit from a refresher on customer service and interaction skills.

I visited this restaurant to meet my sister, whom I had been searching for over 50 years. We ordered a salad that required special preparation, along with a sandwich and, of course, some chocolate chip cookies. The food was absolutely perfect, and the customer service was excellent. What I appreciated most, however, was that the staff allowed us to sit and visit, reconnecting without rushing us out even after we finished our meal. They were incredibly kind and professional throughout our visit. Thank you for letting us celebrate such a significant moment in your restaurant. We are now planning our official public reunion party!
