She was speaking to me like I was dumb and also sat my food on the counter without telling me it was ready. Just the rudest person ever. I’m never coming back here.
Super fast and efficient but quality of the food is still there! No lie. I ordered my pizzas on the website at 6:43 and my food was delivered at my house by 7:07. On a Saturday night at that! With it getting there so fast I was worried that it wasn't going to be cooked all the way through or something. But NOPE! Pizzas were perfectly in tact and piping hot!
No complaints, I ordered online and my pizza was ready to pick up. Below are my items and their ratings. Buffalo Chicken Melt 10/10, Hand tossed Buffalo Chicken Pizza 9/10, Large Original Stuffed Crust Pizza 7/10
So, the cashier literally talked to her/his friend the entire transaction as if I wasn’t a customer. I don't get why customer service isn't important these days. Employees should know how important it is to pay attention and engage. No customers, no business, no job.
No dine in, so ordered carry out, Ordered a Pan pizza and 6 wings. Dipping sauce was extra. Wings were $10, Dipping sauce for them is extra. Didn’t get the wings. They said they would credit my Credit Card, 2 days later, nothing. I called, they said they already credited my card, I should wait, then hung up. I do love that corporate was there and senior staff having a meeting. I hope it was about their staff can’t produce a simple order
