Mcdonald's - Brookhaven

The drive-thru line always takes a long time. You might as well flip a coin to see if you'll get a complete order of fries. Generally, they get the orders right, but it's a bit of a gamble when the food is cold. At least half the time, I end up leaving because the wait can stretch to 30 minutes. I understand that COVID has had an impact, but I haven't noticed any improvements in service or quality over the past six months.

3 stars are the best here. This place sucks on an average day. My 6 years old likes her fries and chickens. Service is so bad that I really don't like to go there.

First-class atmosphere and super affable service. The food was fresh and lovely. Will definitely recommend this place to others. Reliable prices and large meals. Great work.

Worse McDonalds Always!!!! I moved to the area about a month ago and I'm tired of going to these McDonalds three times and not yet able to eat there. The first time waited 20min to find out that they were ordered only cash, the second time waited 20mins again to hear that they only did Door Dash orders. This last time I was in the car drive thirty minutes and the guy always tells me when there are no cars in front of me or in the line. I'm never going to that McDonald again if I could give negative stars, I would!

This place is my preferred one. I visit plenty of restaurants but here I constantly return again and again. The team is very affectionate and the cooking they offer is so tasty. I never decline to have a good meal in this restaurant. Highly recommended.
