Kfc - Brookhaven

Went here a few days ago. Pulled up to the drive-thru, everything was fine, but as we were ordering the person working drive-thru kept asking if that was it? We told her we wanted something else and she sighed like she didn't want us to order anything else. 1 out of 5 stars because of her attitude, the dry chicken and missing food. Would not go back.

It was a Friday evening and pouring like a mansoon, I ordered online for a 5:45pm pick up. I went to the drive thru to pick my order up because I had a one year old and 4 year old in the car and didn’t want to get them out of the car in the bad weather. I was told to pull around to the front of the store which I did. Maybe 5 minutes later a gentleman came out to say they had to make mac and cheese and it was gonna take about 13 minutes. I agreed to wait because my kids really wanted Mac and cheese. I apologized automatically and the guy said don’t apologize it is your food. So I waited the time for them to make it and then I happened to look up from what I was doing in the car and the the female employee was standing at the front door. She came out to hand me my food even though I could tell she was worried about the weather. Thank you for helping a parent out. It is not always easy getting all of the kids out of the car and I appreciate both staff members on their own coming out to talk with us and then also came out to deliver the food to our car. Definitely went above and beyond. Thank you again!

I give this restaurant two stars because the food was just okay. I paid at the drive-thru window, but then was instructed to go inside and wait for my simple order. It seemed like they were trying to cater to everyone, but it wasn't very efficient. My order was missing the salad I requested, and the staff member who brought it out seemed annoyed. I couldn't help but wonder why a KFC Taco Bell would be so slow in the middle of the afternoon.

I would not recommend this restaurant, as the staff is unfriendly and not very accommodating.

Chris is an incredible employee who goes above and beyond at the restaurant. His energy and dedication made our dining experience unforgettable. He deserves more recognition and we are grateful for his exceptional service.
