Ground Round Grill Bar - Brookhaven

I recently visited a chain restaurant that has been around for years, and it felt like stepping back in time. Despite its outdated decor and dwindling popularity, it is one of the few remaining establishments from the barroom and burger era.

This restaurant used to be good in the past, but the service was incredibly slow today. I requested my burger to be cooked well-done, but it came out medium. Despite asking for extra sauce, it was not provided.

I had a great experience with the service and staff at this restaurant. They were all very accommodating and provided prompt and polite service. However, the restaurant itself is struggling.

The Ground Round has been upgraded recently under new ownership.
