Domino’s Pizza - Brookhaven

I requested takeout and when I got home and opened the box, I discovered that I had been given the wrong order - two pizzas that were meant for someone else.

The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. I placed my order nearly 2 hours ago, but according to the delivery status, my food has already been delivered even though nothing has actually arrived. I am unable to reach anyone over the phone, and I am demanding either my lunch or my money back. This is completely unacceptable.

If you enjoy pizza, you will not like Domino's. They may not receive their order or it could be delivered to the wrong location, and Domino's may not even answer the phone to help resolve the issue. The online service claims to deliver pizza, but there is no evidence of it in the photo. It is also impossible to place an order through the app, which adds to the frustration. In summary, if you value convenience and reliability, it is best to avoid Domino's.

I can't place my order through the app and every time I call an order, I always get the activated signal. I literally called 20 times!

Their app tells you to call because you somehow can’t do it on there anymore, although you can absolutely never get them to answer the phone. Curious how they even remain open. won’t waste my time again.
