Chili's Grill - Brookhaven

We got take out order after year ,coz we knew they dont have good quality food, but today still give another chance but food was trash, food was cold and hard cant even

Excellent service from Tafeesa and her male trainee (wish i had gotten his name). He was very attentive and personable. Food was hot and tasty,esp the ribs (fall off the bone good); drinks were nice and cold. Glad to have a nice neighborhood place to go to.

Visit started out ok. Got drinks and eggroll appie. Not too fond of the food but ok no biggie. I ordered nachos and son ordered burger. Waited and waited. Waitress said everything ok? I said we are still waiting on the meals. A little while food came out. The burger must have been under a lamp. The top was dry. Nachos? When did Chili's nachos turn into a dozen triangles of burned melted cheese and meat w slice of jalapeno on top? These are not normal nachos. They were greasy and overdone and the fryer oil taste was godawful. They were sent back. Ok no biggie. Asked for check. Waited waited hows things? Still need check. Waited waited went to bar to pay. Someone is coming around w check. Waited waited if i had enough cash we would have left tip etc and exited. We could have dined and dashed several times. Finally i said forget it let's just leave. Got the the check. Paid and left. Chili's used to be so good. Do not go here. Its a waste.

Food was really not good. Cold and cooked horribly. One of the items was completely wrong but receipt read what was ordered, but they didn't send that

The food was good but it was slow coming. It is ample parking and a decent atmosphere but they do need some work on customer service and attention to
