Chick-fil-a Brookhaven

This location has gone DOWNHILL since it opened. The wait in the drive through line is ridiculous and no one that works there cares. Not sure if there are any managers that work there. Pick a different Chick-FIL-A.

This location of Chick Fil A is a disgrace. It's the dirtiest location and the employees make too many mistakes. The grilled chicken is so dried to the point that it makes my jew hurts chewing it....the first ever chick fil a restaurant that deserves one star review ?

Husband got me a market salad. It comes with apple cider dressing so why confuse the guy asking what kind of dressing. He called me I told him and still they got it wrong. I can not eat Italian dressing so thank you for screwing up my lunch the one thing I was looking forward to.

Haven't dined here since pre pandemic ... the water is filtered, and the service is still solid. Complimentary wifi is also solid , although I'd argue customers deserve to connect to a more secured network.

We love Chick-fil-a, but for some reason everytime, we come here (Brookhaven, PA location) 2-3 items are always missing. So it is frustrating having driven all the ways home to find, we were missing items. I don’t always think to check. I am hoping for the item refund they promised, but I guess we will see.??‍
